At RESCUE!, our commitment to improving our world extends to the local community in which we live. Our employees are encouraged to give their time and talents to help those who need a helping hand, and are rewarded with time off to do just that.

Since the early 2000s, we have sent a group of RESCUE! employee volunteers to serve a meal to the homeless at the Union Gospel Mission once a month. Even when things are running full-tilt at our design and manufacturing facility, we take the time to honor our commitment to serving those less fortunate.

In 2018, we had the honor of sponsoring and serving at the Union Gospel Mission city-wide Thanksgiving Dinner.

The Centennial Trail that links Spokane, Washington and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho isn't actually in need of rescue. It's a beautiful, well-paved, well-traveled nature trail -- 37 miles in length and following contours of the Spokane River -- that walkers, runners and bikers enjoy. But every year it gets a sprucing up from our RESCUE! volunteers.

One Saturday every April, employees and family members help "Unveil the Trail" for spring by cleaning up trash and pulling weeds along mile 28-29, which runs northwest of the city of Spokane.

RESCUE! employees are generous with their time and talents and enjoy serving others. Here are some other ways our people pay it forward.
