(SII) a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use Submitter’s product image for SII’s sales and marketing purposes. Submitter assigns to SII all intellectual property, general property, and managerial rights in the above subject matter, for his/herself, his/her marital community and spouse. Submitter for his/herself, his/her marital community and spouse waives any claims for damages he/she may have now or in the future against SII for its use or non-use of the above subject matter.
This Agreement inures to the benefit of the parties’ successors in interest, and if there is a dispute between the parties’ venue is Spokane County Superior Court, Washington State.
