Serving our communities

At RESCUE!® we're not only committed to creating the most safe and effective pest control solutions available, but we also look for opportunities to make a difference in the communities we serve.

Serving Lunch (and others less fortunate) at Spokane's Union Gospel Mission

Every month, beginning in 2002, a group of RESCUE!® employees has volunteered to serve lunch at Spokane’s Union Gospel Mission. Even when things are running full-tilt at our design and manufacturing facility, our company’s owners and employees take the time to honor our commitment to serving the less fortunate.

Full Story

Helping Rescue the Centennial Trail

The Centennial Trail that links Spokane, Washington and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho isn't actually in need of rescue. It's a beautiful, well-paved, well-traveled nature trail -- 37 miles in length and following contours of the Spokane River -- that walkers, runners and bikers enjoy. But every year it gets a sprucing up from RESCUE!® and all of the other companies and organizations that have adopted a mile of the trail. One Saturday every April, employees and family members help "Unveil the Trail" for spring by cleaning up trash and pulling weeds along mile 28-29, which runs northwest of the city of Spokane.

Pop Into Cash

Go green, earn cash. Help RESCUE!® collect used pop bottles to reduce waste and deliver a knockout punch to flies!

In the spirit of reduce-reuse-recycle, RESCUE!® has a new product made from used two-liter soda bottles.

The POP! Fly Trap incorporates a post-consumer bottle with a custom fitted lid and the same entry structure as our disposable fly and yellowjacket traps. One package of RESCUE!® Fly Attractant is contained inside, with refills sold separately so that the trap can be used again and again.

We are collecting used two-liter pop bottles at our manufacturing facility in Spokane Valley, Washington. Schools, churches, charities, scout troops and other clubs can earn 10 cents per bottle!

General guidelines:
